The range covers the main assemblies of the cutting and drive sections of headers:
- Pro-Drive 85 planetary knife drive manufactured in Germany and Poland (Rolmetal).
- Drive and tension sprockets with different numbers of teeth (13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 22, 25) for chain pitches of 25.4 mm and 19.05 mm.
- Chains according to GOST: 2PR-25.4-114 (GOST 13568-75) and PR-19.05-31800 (GOST 13568-78).
- Cardan shafts for ZHK-82 and ZHNS, manufactured for any spline; cardan fork with 21 splines.
- Safety clutch with 6 bolts ZHNS-6.01.840-01 M, linings, joints, brackets, drivers.
Selecting a compatible part
Spare parts are grouped by series: ZHK-80 (60 items), ZHK-82 (51 items), and ZHNS (83 items). Pay attention to the revision, because some parts have versions before 2016 and from 2016. For example, the ZHNS-6.01.240 tension sprocket with 16 teeth was produced before 2016, while ZHNS-6.01.240-01 with 14 teeth has been produced from 2016. Tell us the header model and part number, and we will help check the chain pitch, number of teeth, and spline.
