ZHNIV-AGRO LLC manufactures headers for grain combines at its own production facility in Ukraine. This section includes two product lines: ZHKU corn headers for harvesting grain corn and ZHSU sunflower headers for harvesting sunflower. You can buy a header directly from the manufacturer, with a 24-month warranty and delivery throughout Ukraine.
ZHKU corn headers
The ZHKU line includes 4, 6, and 8-row models (ZHKU-470, ZHKU-670, ZHKU-870) with 700 mm row spacing. The header separates ears from the stalk and simultaneously chops the stalk mass, distributing it evenly across the field. Key solutions include a strong rigid frame, individual safety clutches on each circuit, a universal mounting frame for different combines, and a cutting height from 70 mm.
ZHSU sunflower headers
The ZHSU line includes models with a working width from 6 to 12 m (ZHSU-600, ZHSU-740, ZHSU-910, ZHSU-1200). The design accounts for sunflower harvesting requirements: the well-planned geometry of the working section cuts plants with minimal seed losses, while an efficient head feeding system directs them to the auger. Schumacher knife drive: Polish equivalent as standard, original upon request.
