Spare parts for the ZHNS sunflower header
The catalog includes 83 component items for ZHNS series sunflower headers. These are parts for the drive, cutting apparatus, auger assemblies, and fasteners for repair and maintenance of headers with working widths of 6 m (ZHNS-6), 7.4 m (ZHNS-7,4), and 9.1 m (ZHNS-9,1). - Drive and tension sprockets with different numbers of teeth (13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 56) for chain pitches of 19.05 and 25.4 mm. For example, tension sprocket (16 teeth 19.05) ZHNS-6.01.320 and sprocket (18 teeth 25.4) ZHNS-6.00.610.
- Drive parts: shafts of specified length (ZHNS-9,1.01.605N, l=2059), sprocket blocks (ZHNS-9,1.11.140), rollers, pulleys, friction disc 54-01069, cardan shaft (for any spline).
- Pro-Drive 85 Rolmetal drive elements and chains PR-19.05-3180 and PR-25.4-114.
- Auger assemblies: left auger trunnion ZHNS-9,1.15.010.
- Cutting apparatus: knife segments (N 066.14, N 027.105, N 027.106), Schumacher guard 10961.
- Fasteners and consumables: rivets (6x18, 6x26, 6x28) by weight.
Selecting a compatible part
The header series is encoded in the part number: ZHNS-6, ZHNS-7,4, or ZHNS-9,1 by working width. Pay attention to the chain pitch (19.05 or 25.4 mm) and the number of sprocket teeth, because they must match your assembly. If you need spare parts for other headers, the catalog also includes components for ZHK-80 and ZHK-82.
