ZHKU corn headers: purpose
The ZHKU corn header is a mounted working unit for a grain combine, designed for harvesting grain corn. Instead of a standard grain header, the ZHKU is mounted on the combine; it separates ears from the stalk and simultaneously chops the stalk mass, distributing it evenly across the field. The working unit is an ear-separating apparatus with a chopper: the chopping mechanism provides gentle ear collection and efficient stalk chopping. The cutting height from 70 mm reduces the number of operations after harvest tillage.

The line consists of three models that differ by the number of rows harvested:
