Rapeseed table (PRU rapeseed attachment) for quality rapeseed harvesting
A rapeseed table, or PRU rapeseed attachment, is mounted equipment installed on a grain header to convert it for rapeseed harvesting. The attachment extends the header platform and is equipped with side vertical knives that cut the stalks from the sides. This reduces seed shattering and header losses during direct combining of rapeseed. The attachment manufacturer is ZHNIV-AGRO LLC.

The total working-width range of PRU rapeseed tables is from 6.1 to 10.5 m, so you can select an attachment for your existing header. A separate adapter (device) for rapeseed harvesting is also available. If the required configuration is not in stock, we will manufacture the attachment to your order.
Design and advantages
Each PRU attachment consists of the main table, left and right side panels with cutting apparatus and hydraulic motor, Schumacher-type gearboxes, and a mechanism for mounting to the header.
The knife drive is planetary. The planetary cutting-apparatus drive eliminates knife head bending and increases the number of double knife strokes, providing a cleaner cut of the crop mass. The side vertical knives are hydraulically active. An independent hydraulic system (gear hydraulic pump, hydraulic motors, crank assembly) drives the side knives without mechanical links to the planetary drive, which eliminates table vibration.
As standard, the attachment is equipped with a Polish knife drive (Schumacher equivalent) and a Schumacher cutting system. Upon request, we install the original Schumacher drive and cutting apparatus in the full configuration: Pro-Drive 85MVv drive, Easy Cut II 12 mm double guard, Pro-Cut segment with coarse serration.
The rigid frame allows table width adjustment by means of a removable right divider. The side divider is engaged and disengaged by turning the handle.
