Rapeseed table PRU-7.6/7.7 for harvesting rapeseed with a working width of 7.6-7.7 m.

It is equipped with a Polish knife drive equivalent to Schumacher and a Schumacher cutting system. On request, we install the original Schumacher drive and cutting unit.

Design description:

The planetary cutting-unit drive provides a cleaner cut by increasing the number of double knife strokes. The unit consists of the main table, left and right side sections with cutting units and hydraulic motors, Schumacher-type gearboxes and a mounting mechanism for attaching the table to the header. The knife drive is planetary. The side knives are active and hydraulically driven.

Design advantages:

1. The planetary drive prevents bending of the knife head.
2. Relatively low weight reduces fuel consumption and increases productivity.
3. Rapeseed table vibration is eliminated because there are no mechanical links between the planetary drive and side dividers.
4. The side divider is engaged and disengaged by simply turning the handle.

7. The hydraulic side-knife drive eliminates vibration because there are no mechanical links or planetary-drive units connected to the side dividers. In effect, this is an autonomous hydraulic drive system: a gear hydraulic pump drives hydraulic motors, which rotate the side knives through a crank unit. This greatly reduces load on both the planetary drive of the horizontal knife and the entire structure. It is also a major advantage over Ukrainian-market competitors with mechanically driven side knives and over imported Zurn or Ziegler-type tables, which cost significantly more.
