Rapeseed table
Description: the planetary cutting-unit drive provides a cleaner cut by increasing the number of double knife strokes. The unit consists of the main table, left and right side sections with cutting units and hydraulic motors, Schumacher-type gearboxes and a mounting mechanism for attaching the unit to the header. The knife drive is planetary. The side knives are active and hydraulically driven.
Advantages: the planetary drive prevents bending of the knife head. Relatively low weight reduces fuel consumption and increases productivity. Rapeseed table vibration is eliminated because there are no mechanical links between the planetary drive and side dividers. The side divider is engaged and disengaged by simply turning the handle.
